The Importance of Humour in Online Marketing
We’re all adults here, we know that at the end of the day; online marketing is about growing your business reach. We can dress it up as ‘engaging with your customer’ and ‘being transparent’ - and those sentiments are absolutely true but they’re not the end goal, if we’re going to be honest about it. The end goal is about improving your business, whether it be functionality, customer service or profit (let’s hope it’s all of those!)
