New Website and Re-organisation of Websites for Established Helpdesk Software Provider
After an initial audit and review of Richmond's key messages and web portfolio, Pull Digital presented ideas for improving the conversion funnel and generally improving the user experience.
Part of the re-organisation included creating a simple landing page site built on Kentico to allow us to create simple signposts for the key areas of the business. We left the original business and education sites in place and re-optimised the complete portfolio. We also re-branded and linked in the business and education blogs to make them work harder.
As already mentioned, we also created new messaging which was updated throughout the sites.
