Pull Digital is looking for a business-savvy Account Manager to join our team in a dynamic, fast-growing Online Marketing Agency. (Pull Digital recently made the RAR – Recommended Agency Register - Top 100 outside London Agency list, and is one of the fastest-growing digital agencies in the South.)

We need an organised, highly skilled communicator with strong self-motivation, and an eye for detail to work as part of a team, providing digital services to our customers. The candidate would have a track record in helping win new accounts, in addition to successfully managing and growing current clients.

Ideally the candidate will have worked within a digital agency and have a good working knowledge of both marketing in general and Internet Marketing techniques like SEO and PPC. The candidate will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable presenting and discussing work with clients.

The candidate will be seen by Pull Digital’s clients as an important business advisor, able to deliver and explain digital marketing work and suggest new initiatives and campaigns.  To do this, they will need to be able to grasp the ‘big picture’ of client’s business process and profit generation.  They will also be required to assist in tracking ROI of client projects, developing case studies, selling Pull Digital to target clients, and in time up-sell their own accounts.

Must Have

  • Minimum two year’s work experience, ideally related to account management or sales and marketing position.
  • Excellent telephone, keyboard, IT and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of the digital arena and a strong understanding of the general principals of marketing practice. 

Ideally Have:

  • Languages
  • Experience of using social media in a business context
  • Copywriting skills and experience

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and building excellent client relationships
  • Winning new business and up-selling current accounts
  • Briefing Directors and account teams on new client projects and initiatives
  • Scheduling and managing
  • Creating project timelines
  • Tracking and reporting on client ROI
  • Developing case studies

Education: Candidates should be third-level educated – preferably possessing a 2:1 or higher level degree.
