We need a driven, ambitious, organised, highly skilled communicator with strong self-motivation to join our team.
The candidate should have minimum two years event/account management experience and looking for the next role to progress their career.

The role would include:

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end management of a wide variety of B2B event projects across different clients and across multiple regions. This includes the ability to deliver high quality B2B events with a highly proactive as well as reactive approach with the ability to build trusted relations with the client base.
  • Management of events onsite and attendance at all managed live events (roadshows, product launches, etc.) taking a lead management role and responsibility to bring the event project to fruition.
  • Management of live events on site throughout the UK, this also includes working weekends (lieu days are given in return).
  • Pre-event management including taking detailed client briefs, preparing proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings and working closely with creative teams, copywriters, printers, audio visual suppliers, external venues and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and client expectations
  • Financial control of event projects, including complete cost control throughout the project ensuring best-negotiated rates and delivery of each campaign within budget.

Must haves:

  • Minimum two year’s event/account management experience.
  • A demonstrable track record in managing successful events/accounts.
  • Highly numerate.
  • Excellent use of office technologies – creative and highly communicative in the use of e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
  • Efficient, organised and skilled in prioritising and time management.
  • Account Management experience (Marketing, design, digital).
  • Event experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and developing excellent client relationships.
  • Briefing directors and account teams on new client projects and initiatives.
  • Scheduling and managing.
  • Creating project timelines.
  • Developing case studies.


This is a full-time role subject only to normal three-month probation period.  Salary will be competitive and dependant on relevant experience. Pull provide generous benefits with health care and pension after 6 months of employment.
