Your role will kick-off with a trial period of four weeks and initially run for 3 months, with room for something more permanent.
Dependant on age. Commencing from £10,250 (18-20 year old) per annum.
We are seeking a highly organised, articulate, self-motivated person, probably a graduate, with an eye for detail to work as part of a team, delivering account management services to our customers and assistance to our team of account managers.
The candidate will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable presenting and discussing work with clients.
The candidate will be seen by Pull clients as an important business advisor, able to deliver and explain marketing and design work and suggest new initiatives and campaigns to clients. To do this, they will need to be able to grasp the ‘big picture’ of client’s business process and profit generation. They may also be required to assist in tracking ROI of client projects, developing case studies, selling Pull’s target clients, and in time up-sell their own accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Excellent telephone, keyboard, IT and customer service skills.
Experience of using social media in a business context
Copywriting skills and experience
Understanding of the digital arena and a strong understanding of the general principals of marketing practice.
This would be a progressive role initially including a wide-range of administrative-based duties; however we would see the right person soon developing the role into a full account management position with regular client contact and marketing and sales responsibilities. Pull would invest in training and developing the right person to do a higher level role.
Responding to incoming enquires.
Organisation of sales materials and presentations.
Managing Social Media channels and company email marketing.
Ensuring an integrated approach to marketing through liaising with Pull team members.
Providing support to the account management team and reporting to the Operations Director.
Providing support and reporting to Pulls Clients.
