Role:
Pull requires an experienced and talented online advertising analyst to join our expanding digital marketing team.

Pull Digital is an award-winning full service online marketing agency delivering strategy, branding and design; development, digital campaigns and measurement.

The candidate’s core competence should be in paid search (PPC) with recent demonstrable competence in setting up and managing successful paid search text and display campaigns re-marketing and social media-based advertising.

The candidate will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable presenting and discussing work with clients at up to CEO level.

The candidate will be highly analytical, and an experienced and advanced Excel user comfortable with managing large amounts of data and performing analysis on it, using e.g. pivot tables etc.  They will also have an excellent command of English, and skilled and creative in the use of persuasive copy and calls to action for text ads.

The advertising and paid search analyst will be responsible for the strategy and efficient day to day management of assigned client accounts, focusing on client gross profit growth.  They will need to explore opportunities and facilitate campaigns through all available paid marketing channels with particular emphasis on innovative initiatives, working closely with all other members of the team to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results and assisting with the compilation of campaign reports. 

Must haves:
  • Highly analytical and numerate.
  • Minimum 2 years experience running PPC campaigns.
  • Google AdWords GAP certified.
  • Excellent use of office technologies – creative and highly communicative in the use of e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
  • Highly knowledgeable and experienced in using Google Analytics with a demonstrable track-record of using GA to develop client insights and customised reports.
  • Is commercially astute, identifies and suggests opportunities to the Company Directors
  • Possesses strong business writing skills and able to produce high quality documents.
  • Demonstrates a structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Exhibits a high level of attention to detail
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
  • Possesses strong customer telephone and face to face communication skills
  • Is a confident and articulate presenter
  • Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery
  • Be versed in the principals of marketing practice and understand the basics of ‘traditional’ marketing – brand positioning and brand-building, market segmentation etc.
Nice to haves:
  • Languages.
  • Experience with PPC-related tool for big management etc. (e.g. Marin, Kenshoo, DoubleClick etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Formulating campaign strategy, researching keywords & potential marketing channels, analysing competitors, and testing.
  • Project managing all of the activity and processes required to proficiently run campaigns.
  • Producing client facing reports, studies and presentations to Pull Digital brand standards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by proactively assessing Pull Digitals practices and methodology.
  • Maintaining an in depth understanding of the digital marketplace, with particular emphasis on all new and emerging initiatives and technologies.
  • Developing and documenting best practice process and methodologies for online advertising.
Salary/terms:
 
This is a full-time role subject only to normal three-month probation period.  Salary will be competitive and dependant on relevant experience. Pull provide generous benefits with health care and pension after 6 months of employment.
