Pull developed a new identity for Chaucer Direct via a Car & Halo device to represent the careful drivers that Chaucer Direct offers low cost insurance to. This device was deployed via a new website and other online marketing activities.

The Chaucer Direct project illustrates Pull’s knack for turning a challenging brief and low key existing identity into a vibrant brand personality – without spending an arm and a leg.

Since completing the initial project, Pull have also redeveloped the quote process and self-service portal. At the moment we are redeveloping the current site to include a range of UK and brand improvements and a responsive framework.
