Pure Triumph customers from all over the world were sending in pictures of their bikes customised with parts from Pure-Triumph.com, so we channelled this interaction into a customised Facebook. Now customers are encouraged to post pictures and comments about their bikes on the site and once a month Pure-Triumph awards the best bike or story a $100 voucher to spend at the store.
Pure Triumph Email Marketing
Pull Digital has worked with Pure Triumph to develop a 'five-figure'-strong database of enthusiastic, opted-in subscribers, using the website and social media (including a customised Facebook and Twitter) to add subscribers.
As a result, email marketing is a high-contribution channel and can be relied on at any time to provide a useful boost in sales. Open rates are typically in the 25-30% range and click-through rates around 40%.
